THIS PROMOTION IS NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. OPEN TO CURRENT OR POTENTIAL CLEAN BURN, INC. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS AS OF 12/01/08. CLEAN BURN PRODUCTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR RESIDENTIAL USE. 1) Eligibility: This CLEAN BURN CLICK TO WIN GAME (the "Promotion") is open only to current or potential Clean Burn, Inc., business customers located in the United States and Canada (excluding CA, the 5 Boroughs of New York City, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and the province of Quebec). Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Clean Burn, Inc., COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES, LLC, and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, distributors, affiliates, directors, officers, share holders, governors, employees, and agents, as well as their respective spouses, children, siblings, and all others residing in the same household as such employees, are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

2) Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in this Promotion, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES, LLC (the “Judges”), which are final and legally binding as they pertain to this promotion. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor: Clean Burn, Inc., 34 Zimmerman Road, Leola, PA 17540 (the “Sponsor”).

3) Timing: The Promotion begins Monday, December 1, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("ET") and ends at 11:59 p.m. ("ET"), Saturday February 28, 2009 (the "Promotion Period"). The Website's clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

4) How to Enter and Play:
a) Register to play: During the Promotion Period, visit www.cleanburn.com. Complete the online Registration entry form and click “submit.” Upon confirmation of your registration, you will automatically advance to the game page to participate and to receive one (1) Game Play. Each month when you return to play, you will be required to log-in utilizing your e-mail address and your game password.
b) How to play: Win Instantly: Each time you enter the game page, you will be offered the opportunity to click on (to select) one of the three (3) CB-2500 Used-Oil Hot Air Furnaces. Once you click on a CB-2500 Used-Oil Hot Air Furnace, you will automatically know if you are a potential Instant Prize winner. Your selection results will be instantly displayed. Participants who are potential Grand or First Prize winners, will be sent their prize winning notification within ten (10) days of the winning game play. Limit: One (1) Game Play per person or email address per month during the Promotion Period. Limit: One (1) prize per email address or business address. Instant Win Prize Selection: Over the Promotion Period, One (1) random, computer-generated Grand Prize winning time will be generated. If you are the first player to select a CB-2500 Used-Oil Hot Air Furnace revealing an Instant Win Grand Prize (in case of a tie the Judges’ computer server log will determine “first click” time to confirm the winner), you will be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated. In addition to the Grand Prize there will be three (3) First Prizes, One First Prize will be awarded in each of the three (3) months inside of the Promotion Period (one (1) in December, One (1) in January and One (1) in February). Each month, One (1) random, computer-generated First Prize winning time will be generated across the Promotion Period. During one of these randomly generated time periods, if you are the first player to select a CB-2500 Used-Oil Hot Air Furnace revealing an Instant Win First Prize (in case of a tie the Judges’ computer server log will determine “first click” time to confirm the winner), you will be a potential instant winner of the First Prize indicated. All other game plays will reveal a 12-Months Same-As-Cash Financing Certificate (Pending credit approval at the time of purchase). CANADIAN PRIZE NOTE: a) Any potential winner that is a resident of Canada, will be required, without assistance, to answer a skill testing question. B) Residents of Canada will receive a 6-Months Same-As-Cash Certificate (pending credit approval at the time of purchase). Odds of winning any instant win prize are based on the number of eligible game plays during the Promotion Period divided by the total number of prizes. See complete list of Instant Win Prizes. Prizes and or Same-As-Cash Certificates not awarded or claimed by the end of the Promotion Period will become null and void and will not be awarded.

PLEASE NOTE: Prizes are not transferable by winner. No substitution of prize or cash equivalent is permitted except by Sponsor. Winner will look to the manufacturer of each prize element for all warranties and guarantees (if any).

Each winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. Each winner of a prize valued at $600 or more will be issued a 1099 Tax Reporting form at the end of the year.

For all entries: In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

6) ALL POTENTIAL INSTANT WINNING PLAYS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY THE JUDGES, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE INSTANT WIN GAME PORTION OF THE PROMOTION SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR COPIES OF SCREEN CONTENT OR ANY OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY PLAY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE PLAY AND IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.

7) Potential Game Winners: ALL Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Each potential winner of a major prize (prize valued over $600) must complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days, consenting to the publication of his/her name, company name and address, in any media for any promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or if he/she fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within the required time period or if notices are returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner will not be selected. If any prize is not awarded during the Promotion Period, an alternate winner will not be selected and prize(s) will become null and void.

8) Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's or agent’s use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

9) General Conditions: Sponsor and/or Judges may cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond their control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor and the Judges in their sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor may award the prizes at random from among the eligible recorded registered participant’s log, received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor and Judges may, in their sole discretion, disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor and/or Judges failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10) Release: By entering, entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Clean Burn, Inc., COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, distributors, directors, stock holders, officers, governors, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant's participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in the promotion.

11) Limitations of Liability: Sponsor and Judges are not responsible for, and entrant hereby releases Sponsor and Judges from any claims arising from: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion.

12) Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Promotion or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state of Pennsylvania but in no event attorneys' fees; and (ii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses of the prize in dispute, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, U.S.A.

13) Participants Personal Information: By entering into this promotion, each entrant agrees to the use of his or her personal information as described in these official Rules. In the event of any discrepancy, these Official Rules shall control and govern. The personal information collected in this promotion may be shared with promotional partners and other related parties participating in this promotion.

14) Winners List: For a list of prize winners and a copy of these Official Rules send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Clean Burn/Rules Request", P.O. Box 2312, Framingham, MA 01703-2312. Requests must be received by 2/28/2009. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
